Radar Type River Water Level Transmitter providing stable performance even under storm

Radar Type River Water Level Transmitter authorized by the Government (MLIT)NETIS system

[Upstream river water level measurement]
[River water level measurement]
The advantage of Radar Type River Water Level Transmitter is that it measures water level without directly touching the water surface. If measuring distance is 20 m, it does not directly touch the water surface, and if measure is from bridge, distance to water surface is also secured, so there is no danger of instrument being damaged or washed away by collisions with sediment or driftwood. Secondly, because it uses radio waves (microwaves), it has high directivity and is not easily affected by environment. (Hardly affected by wind and rain). Furthermore, our Radar Type River Water Level Transmitter are "weak radio equipment compliant" products, providing safe and stable measurement data. Therefore, they can also be used as sensors for crisis management water level transmitters!
*Radar Type River Water Level Transmitter is a registered product of the "New Technology Information System NETIS".

Also registered as a disaster prevention system at STePP (Sustainable Technology Promotion Platform) of UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization)

Radar Type River Water Level Transmitter can be used as a radio water
level transmitter for crisis management!

Accurate observation even in heavy rain, strong
winds, and muddy streams!
River flooding caused by heavy rains causes serious damage to our lives and livelihoods. Radio-controlled water level gauges are not easily affected by storms, so they can accurately detect sudden changes in water level and can be used to predict flooding. In addition, Matsushima's Radar Type River Water Level Transmitter is a weak radio device, so it does not violate the Radio Law and can be used as a sensor for crisis management type water level transmitters without the need for a license.
Measurement possible even in bad weather
Heavy rain: Radio waves have property of transmitting through objects with a wavelength of 1/4 (approximately 3 mm) or less of their own, so they can capture water surfaces even during fog, heavy rain, or snowfall.
Strong winds: Radio waves do not use air as a medium, so they are not affected by wind.
Captures water surface stably even in strong winds. Turbid stream: Since it is non-contact, there is no need to worry about it being washed away, and installation is easy.
Also, there is no need to worry about stones colliding and breaking.
Furthermore, it is easy to clean because dirt in water does not stick to it.
