The case of High Conductivity Carbon Black

There is a risk that the existing upper limit level sensor (Vibrating Level Switch) may not detect because the density of high conductivity carbon black is quite low and light. Stable continuous level measurement is required to reduce the risk of raw material loss or stop of operation due to overflow.

Radar Level Transmitter is superior measuring instrument for measuring various solid or liquid material in tank, silo, hopper, etc.

It uses principle of electromagnetic wave and because it is less influence from suspended dust or gas in the process, therefore, possible to provide stable level measurement under the process.
